General Hospital Spoilers: A Romantic Picnic In The Park

Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) enjoy a romantic Fourth of July picnic in the park as they lay on a blanket watching fireworks! But, unfortunately for Austin and Maxie, the fireworks overhead in the sky might be the only ones they’ll be able to enjoy because of picnic interruptus times two! First, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will arrive, acting like she’s trying to get away from a would-be suitor, and asks if she can join in!

Austin and Maxie are gracious and allow Britt to crash their picnic; Britt is family to Maxie, since Maxie’s late husband Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) was Britt’s younger brother. But then a second party crasher arrives, namely Maxie’s ex and the father of her daughter Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher); Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson)!

GH Spoilers: A Fourth Of July Staycation

It looks like Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) have opted for a Fourth of July staycation, on their bed watching the fireworks from their bedroom window. Earlier in the day, Dante and Sam were at the pool, reminiscing with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) until he spotted an interesting arrival! Chances are, Britt is the person that he approaches, and that’s why she flees to the safety of Austin and Maxie’s picnic! The two had been matched on Society Setups earlier, getting his jets roaring and Britt wanting to throw fire extinguisher on them! Yet another failure to ignite for Cody, although Sam and Dante might make some fireworks of their own!

General Hospital Spoilers: First Date Fireworks

Elsewhere in the park, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Officer Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) look like some first date fireworks might be ready to shoot off between them! They have a container with two pieces of what appears to be chocolate cake on the blanket between them as they sit on the ground. But it’s plain to see their focus is completely on each other!

Trina and Rory appear to be leaning in towards each other, so a Fourth of July first kiss might be about to happen. Will there be as many fireworks going off as it looks like there might be?

GH Spoilers: Fiery Accusations And Fearsome Failures

Elsewhere, appearing also to be outside in a park, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) confronts his father, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and asks him what the hell-o is going on?! Previously, Victor had tasked Valentin with taking out Mayor Laura Collins, (Genie Francis) who is Victor’s biggest threat! Valentin had given him a heads-up that Laura is planning to have Victor deported for moral turpitude! But Valentin backed out of poisoning Laura at the last minute and will tell Victor he failed. Victor won’t be happy and will remind him that failure is not an option, with Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McClain) at stake!

General Hospital Spoilers: Someone’s Getting Burnt!

Elsewhere in Port Charles, someone’s getting burnt, and it might be several Port Charles residents! Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) seem to be on the outs; Drew certainly does not look like his usual happy self! Carly looks like she’s going to cry as she faces losing her half of The Metro Court. Nothing either one of them has tried has worked to help Carly buy back her half of the hotel, having sunk everything she owned into Aurora Media stock.

Several people who care about Carly have offered solutions and help but she is either too proud or too fearful of being indebted to take it. Carly has no other choice than to say a sad goodbye to her livelihood and start over.

GH Spoilers: Sonny Corinthos Questions Nina Reeves’ Motives, And She’s Not Happy!

One person who took the bull by the horns to help Carly, making a grand gesture hoping to make amends is Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros)! She went to Stillwater Investments, Carly’s broker who she put up her half of the Metro Court to and bought her out! Nina then goes to Carly and tells her what she did and offers it back to her free, no strings attached. She wanted to make up for all the Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) drama of the past year or so. But her grand, and kind, gesture is turned down by Carly, and her motives are suspected by Sonny; they have a major falling out over it!

General Hospital Spoilers: Trial By Fire

At the Port Charles courthouse, Trina’s trial begins as the bailiff instructs to all rise; she’s flanked by Attorney Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy.) Diane is a last minute replacement for Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) but she is unruffled as she prepares to defend Trina in court. Also there are Trina’s mother, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Carly and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) are behind them.

Trina prepares herself as best as she can for a trial by fire, because if someone doesn’t come up with a last minute Hail Mary, she might be facing prison! Carly vows that Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) will regret the day she messed with their kids!

GH Spoilers: What, Me Worry?

Esmé appears to have changed her tune from “what, me worry?” to panic as the walls begin closing in on her! Esmé will be caught off guard this week after noticing Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) seems shaken. It looks like whatever shook Spencer up is contagious, because for the first time ever since coming to Port Charles Esmé has fear in her eyes! He is still working behind the scenes also to save Trina from a life behind bars, enacting his plan!

      It is time to end the Esme evil doing to Trina, put her in prison….Nina doing a good deed and good jester to make the first steps of bringing healing and civility to her and Carly relationship is a good thing but Carly can never humble herself and go with good..She rather whin ,stay revengeful and lose everything….She has an opportunity to change and start living in better light but refuse to…Just tired of the same oh Carly..No good to the bone…looking forward for other women to shine ..,,Others to have the camera rolling on them..

        I don’t believe for a minute that Nina is doing anything out of the goodness of her heart. She has an ulterior motive. The sad thing is that Carly has gone so easy on Nina. Any wife and mother would lash out at her for revenge for all the horrible things the monster has done to her marriage and her family.
        It was a good but yet very little consolation that Nina lost visitation with Wiley.
