General Hospital fans know Steve Burton’s skills as an actor. But until now, Burton had never revealed an unexpected talent. However, as he just shared on Instagram, Steve possesses major talents at roller skating. And his video also showed an adorable date with his daughter Brooklyn, age 8.

“Seriously, the last time I roller skated had to be in 1983-84 lol,” confessed Burton in the caption to his Instagram video. “Brought back some awesome memories. Like riding a bike!”

But Steve also invited his Instagram fans to chime in and share their own skating memories. “When was the last time you roller skated? #80s #rollerskating #mtv,” added Burton. And fans responded with entertaining comments. For instance, one confessed, “Eeeep! Last week! I love #mtv.” But another agreed with Steve’s timeline. “In the 80’s! A lot of fun! #memories,” noted the follower.

GH Spoilers – Steve Burton Loves His Daddy Dates With Daughter Brooklyn

Although the skating video marks Burton’s most recent outing with Brooklyn, Steve often posts about his delight in his daughter. For instance, last month, Steve revealed he took the little girl to a Daddy Daughter Dance event. “I had the honor of going to a dance with one of the greatest girls I’ve ever met,” wrote Burton on Instagram, per Soaps In Depth.

And Steve’s former General Hospital cast members showed they still follow him by responding. For instance, Laura Wright (Carly) gushed, “Just beautiful!” And Marcus Coloma (Nikolas) displayed his affection with a flock of heart emojis. Finola Hughes (Anna) noted, “Such a cutie.”

As revealed by his Instagram, the actor has learned the art of spending quality time with his children while progressing in his career. Burton also enjoys time with his son Jack, age 16, and older daughter Makena, 18. And he continues to co-parent all three children with estranged wife Sheree. But in addition to his favorite role of dad, Steve has starred as Harris Michaels on Days Of Our Lives,  Jason Morgan on General Hospital, and Dylan McAvoy on The Young And The Restless.
