The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Tuesday, August 9 reveal that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) accuses Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) of being cruel keeping John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) from her. Li refuses to apologize for doing what she had to do to save her son.

Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) discuss Finn’s return. Taylor wants to talk about that kiss. Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) doesn’t believe anyone or anything can keep her and Ridge apart.

Hope wonders how Steffy feels about Li. Hope and Liam are excited to see Steffy and Finn. Liam wants to throw a party for Finn and Steffy soon. Hope asks Ridge how excited everyone is about Finn’s return. Ridge tells Liam how grateful he is for everything. Ridge is grateful to Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) as well.

Hope says that must have been a moment seeing Finn after all of this. Liam doesn’t understand why Li kept quiet. Hope believe this will create a strain on Steffy and Li’s relationship. Liam says he cannot get a gauge on how Ridge feels about what Li did Hope has other plans than to talk.
