Lily, concerned about all the bickering, meets with Nate at Crimson Lights. She wants him to tell her what is going on with him and Devon, and what can they do to fix the problem so they can move forward. He wants to be clear about who is asking, his boss or his cousin…she just wants the truth.

Nate confides to Lily that he is seeing a side of Devon that he has never seen before. He is egotistical and doesn’t want to consider any ideas that are not his own. He certainly doesn’t want to hear any ideas from Nate and cuts down everything he does. Nate shared an example of one of his ideas about changing the music platform to Lily. An idea that Devon didn’t want to hear or didn’t like.

After she met with Nate, Lily went to Devon and pitched the idea to him about changing the music platform and how she thought it would help make them better. He said it was a great idea…until she told him it was Nate’s idea and not hers. Tempers flared once again.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Imani Benedict Stirring the Pot?

It is teased that while Nate can seemingly do nothing right with Devon, he seems to find it easier to communicate with Imani than Elena. Imani seems to know all of Nates’s buttons, and she is pushing them all, stirring the pot. She tells him that he is a forward thinker and that the two of them together bring new ideas and energy to the company.

He is either oblivious or he just likes the attention. Regardless, the more she stirs, the hotter things get between Nate and Devon, and the cooler they get for Elena and Nate.

Y&R Spoilers – Crimson Lights: Another Hot Seat!?

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Devon came to Crimson Lights and confronted Nate about what he is trying to do by talking to Lily behind his back. Did he think Lily would sway Devon? He tried to explain that Lily listens, unlike Devon. He told Devon that he feels like he treats him like an intern instead of his COO. That he doesn’t feel that he should have to run everything by Devon for approval.

Devon differed and said that is exactly what you should do. In the not too distant past Devon once said that family and forgiveness are the most important things….guess he doesn’t still feel that way. Who do you think is right?

The Young And The Restless Spoiler – Lily Winter’s Ultimatum

It is teased that while Lily is happy that Billy’s podcast is doing well, she is upset that Billy doesn’t show enough attention to his COO duties. After he left LA early and then missed an important videoconference call, she wants him to choose, since he can’t do both to her satisfaction. It is speculated that Lily hired a new COO, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).

If Billy is out as COO but can continue to work on his podcasts with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), will this push Billy into Chelsea’s arms?
