According to reports, actress Tetona Jackson will debut in November as the Roxanne recast.

Ali was in the part from 2007 to 2013 and was Devon’s romantic interest during that time.

There’s also a new character to talk about, as actor Fareed Ward will enter storylines in November as well, playing Dr. Andrew Bishop, a colleague who will work closely with Dr. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) at the hospital.

As previous Young and the Restless casting updates have shown, Genoa City has already welcomed several familiar faces and new characters throughout 2026.

Ward and Jackson are the first two casting additions since co-head writers Dan O’Connor and Jamey Giddens were hired.

Their content is set to hit the airwaves on November 11.

Now this is an interesting casting surprise! I love it when The Young and the Restless brings back characters we haven’t seen in years, and Roxanne certainly has some unfinished history with Devon.

I’m curious to see whether she’s returning to reconnect with him or if she’s got something entirely different planned. After all, Devon didn’t exactly treat her fairly when they broke up!

And as for Dr. Andrew Bishop, I have to wonder whether his arrival will cause problems for Nate and Stephanie. They’re finally getting their romance off the ground, so naturally, Genoa City has to throw another complication their way!
