Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Stefan Resurrection Shocker, Torn Between Ava And Gabi!

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) is back! After taking a few moments to take in the fact that he had been unconscious for four years now, Stefan remembered his one true love: Gabi Hernandez (Camilla Banus). Stefan escaped from Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) and managed to make it to the door of the DiMera Mansion. Whether or not he actually goes inside remains to be seen but eventually, he will come face to face with both Gabi and Ava Vitale (Tamara Braun).

Stefan and Gabi fell in love slowly. They got married before they fell in love, but once they did there was nothing that could come between them. Except for death. Stefan was shot in the neck trying to save his mother Vivian Alamaine (Louise Sorel) from being captured by police and he died shortly thereafter. Or at least that’s what everyone thought. His heart was ever donated to Julie Williams (Susan Seathford Hayes). But Rolf managed to keep Stefan alive via machines all this time. But without a heart, there was no way to truly bring Stefan back.

DOOL Spoilers – Jake DiMera Was Stefan DiMera’s Twin!

Not long after Stefan died, a lookalike showed up in Salem named Jake Lambert (also Brandon Barash). Gabi was convinced that Jake was somehow Stefan but it was eventually discovered that Jake was actually Stefan’s previously unknown twin. Jake eventually took on the DiMera name and fell in love with Ava after he and Gabi couldn’t make a relationship work. Jake and Ava fell in love and were engaged to be married when tragedy struck once again. Jake was shot protecting Ava from a mugger and he died at University Hospital a short time later. But his heart was still viable and Rolf knew this was Stefan’s chance to come back!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Stefan DiMera Has Jake DiMera’s Heart Inside Of Him!

Right now, Stefan is hell-bent on returning to Ava but something might change once he lays eyes on Ava. Stefan has never met Ava himself, but he may find himself drawn to her. He won’t likely be able to explain it, but with Jake’s heart beating inside him, Stefan may find himself falling in love with Ava despite his feelings for Gabi. To make matters more complicated. Rolf had planned to brainwash Stefan into falling in love with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin). If Stefan is recaptured and the brainwashing actually takes place, there is no way to guess who Stefan will ultimately decide he is in love with!
