Fans Slam Kim Kardashian For Disrespecting Doctors That Treated Her Mom

Before I go into details of what transpired between Kim, the doctors, and social media fans, let’s quickly add that Kris Jenner has sparked concerns about her health issues since the teaser for Season Two of their reality TV, featured Kris being wheeled into the hospital as she revealed she’s scared amid tears. The teaser focused mostly on the five daughters of Kris Jenner, but when we finally caught a glimpse of the Momager Kris, 66, when she was telling her second daughter Kim that she was scared, then Kim asked her mom if she would be proceeding with the surgery.

The trailer also showed Kris saying in a confessional that she wouldn’t want her children to know that she’s “scared”. Next was a scene showing the momager being wheeled out to the hospital due to her health issues by the doctor. In the video, Kim can be seen wearing a face mask, looking at her mother being wheeled out.

Here’s the thing, the latest episode of The Kardashians season 2 featured the Momager in the hospital undergoing hip replacement surgery, in the hospital with her were her daughter Kim, and Kris’ boyfriend Corey Gamble. In the scene, Kim can be spotted in the wee hours of the morning without makeup on her face, adorning a face mask below her jaw and a sweater jacket.

Now here’s where the problem came, Kim said, “I’m not nervous. My mom is 66 years young. It’s always scary going into surgery but she’s in the best hands and I’ve threatened everyone’s lives so.” Of course, that came off as a joke, no matter how you chose to read this, there’s no denying that Kim said this without any insults intended but then, in a world where there are critics everywhere, the critics came knocking on her door, attacking Kim for her choice of words.

Kim’s joke made its way to Reddit, we all know that Reddit is the land where the faint-hearted can’t survive, well, they let her get a piece of their mind, their main focus was the word “threatened” which Kim used to describe how she related with the doctors, one person said, “Disgusting.. very telling of her character.. and Kris Jenner is there being proud that she raised a monster.” When I saw that comment I was like, Uhhhhh…bringing Kim’s mama into your diss? Wow.

Kardashian News — Fans’ Reactions To Kim’s Comment

Did I mention that the critics in Reddit don’t see the bright side of things wherever they’re onto you? Well, they don’t, that’s how when some people who went out of their way to explain that Kim’s statement was taken out of context, that Kim was actually trying to make a joke, a critic boldly said, “I don’t think it’s funny.” It’s not surprising because nothing will ever make them get the joke, they’re out to diss someone.

Comments like, “Maybe it’s common in America to treat doctors like trash, but in other cultures we respect them” and, “I wouldn’t have liked the joke either, as a professional talking to someone about important stuff,” and “Disrespectful.” Were seen flying all over the Reddit platform.
