After Days Of Our Lives star John Aniston passed away at age 89, his daughter Jennifer Aniston took time away from social media. But the Friends alum just returned. And she expressed her appreciation to fans in her Instagram Stories, noted Hello magazine.

Jennifer shared her message after her first Thanksgiving without her father. The Days Of Our Lives star died on November 11. However, Aniston waited until November 14 to share the news of his death. And she then took time to reflect before returning the day after Thanksgiving.

An image of a sunset set the tone for Jennifer’s message. And she wrote, “Thank you for all the love this year.” The actress added a praying hands emoji as she expressed gratitude to those who supported her after her father’s death.

DOOL Spoilers – Jennifer Aniston Honors Days Of Our Lives Star Dad

As the Friends alum reflected on what her father meant to her, she chose photos as well as a personal message to the late Days Of Our Lives star. For instance, Jennifer posted a sweet photo of John cuddling her as an infant. And she also celebrated their relationship in a series of photos through the years.

But Aniston sought to sum up her love for her father in her caption. And she shared, “Sweet papa… John Anthony Aniston. You were one of the most beautiful humans I ever knew. I am so grateful that you went soaring into the heavens in peace – and without pain. And on 11/11 no less!”

And Jennifer made a promise to her father in her caption. She added, “You always had perfect timing. That number will forever hold an even greater meaning for me now. I’ll love you till the end of time. Don’t forget to visit.”

Fans quickly responded to share their support and sympathy for Jennifer. For instance, one wrote, “I’m so sorry for your loss.” And another posted, “Sending so much love.” Many expressed empathy for the loss of her father. For example, one wrote, “I’m so sorry, this is so heartbreaking.”
