Days Of Our Lives spoilers suggest that Susan may have survived that presumed fatal crash. Fans know that Ava had Susan in the backseat of the car tied up. However, Ava managed to jump out and could have released Susan as well. When the car went off the road something was seen in the air. Ava could have been seen but it could have been Susan as well.

The doll that Susan gave Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) fell off the mantle for no apparent reason. Even Marlena questioned why this happened. So what if that fall was a sign that Susan survived? Could Susan have been sending Marlena a message to let her know she survived? After all, Marlena and Susan were very close, who else would she send a message through?

E.J. gets a surprise visitor the week of December 5 – 9. Could Susan come back from the dead and visit E.J. letting him know she is alive? Could Susan possibly be a figment of E.J.’s imagination?
