General Hospital Spoilers: Jeff Apologizes To Elizabeth Again, Finn Grows Suspicious

General Hospital spoilers reveals Jeff Webber (William R. Moses) is still lingering in Port Charles hoping for another chance to sit down with his daughter, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and pray she will understand where he’s coming from. He claims every decision he and Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) made for Elizabeth all those years ago was out of love for her.

As Elizabeth continues to assist Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) by helping to care for the mother of his child, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl), she just might start to understand the lengths to which some people go to protect their children, as well as the selfish side of them that gets in the way when their kids should be the priority.

General Hospital spoilers tease Esme and Nikolas both represent such parents well. Next time Jeff and Elizabeth see one another, she might be willing to hear him out, but Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) feels like there’s still something Jeff isn’t saying.

As Jeff begs Elizabeth for another chance to get to know her and boys, he’s going to express some real sorrow over the decisions he’s made and the time it has cost them all. They could have been together all these years making memories, but Jeff doesn’t want to dwell on the past. Finn finds that convenient, and he might even interject to say so. Jeff is going to remain patient and understand that Finn may never care for him, but he’s hopeful it won’t impede his ability to have a relationship with his daughter – even a limited one with serious boundaries.

Finn just can’t shake the gut feeling he has that Jeff and Carolyn haven’t told Elizabeth everything they know. Elizabeth is going to have a hard time entertaining his theory. She feels like she’s remembered the incident with Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara) on her own, but Finn can’t help reflecting on Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) words about how Jeff was a real mastermind at making someone think they were crazy. What if Jeff and Carolyn managed to make Elizabeth think she pushed Reiko when she didn’t? Is this a burden Elizabeth needs to carry forever unnecessarily? Not if Finn can help it.
