General Hospital Spoilers: Finn Asks Elizabeth: Are You Sure Your Parents Are Telling The Truth?

General Hospital spoilers reveals Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is moving on from the drama she unearthed when she traveled to California and confronted her parents — Jeff Webber (William R. Moses) and Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) — recently. While learning that she pushed Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara) down a flight of stairs after discovering she was having an affair with her father wasn’t the highlight of Elizabeth’s trip, she needed to know the truth.

The only thing she can do now is put it behind her and move on. However, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) seems much more fixated on the details of that encounter 25 years ago than Elizabeth is, and they’re going to butt heads as they start to move in opposite directions.

General Hospital Spoilers — Hamilton Finn Doesn’t Buy Jeff Webber’s Version Of Event

Jeff and Carolyn didn’t necessarily tell Elizabeth that Reiko’s fall was her fault, but they definitely led her to the alleged realization — one which we never really saw Elizabeth picturing in her head, although she said she remembered it. Finn wasn’t there, so he can’t possibly know how the exact order of events went down, but he sure is curious. If Elizabeth would give him the time of day and have a conversation about it, maybe they could get to the bottom of it. Of course, she doesn’t think there’s anything to harp on at this point, but something about Jeff’s claims just doesn’t sit right with Finn.

GH Spoilers – Tease Hamilton Finn Visits A Mad Woman

The only person who seems to see Jeff the same way Finn does is Heather Webber (Alley Mills). That’s not a great position to be in, and not a statement Finn would make aloud. Heather has been institutionalized at D’Archem for years —- a facility for the clinically insane. Finn knows very little about her beyond her reputation, but he did get to exchange a few words with her recently, and she had plenty to say about Jeff. When Heather told Finn that Jeff is very skilled in gaslighting and making a sane person believe they’re losing their mind, it didn’t hit him the same way it does reflecting upon it today — because that was before he knew the truth about Jeff and Reiko, or the allegations made about Elizabeth’s involvement. Finn just might take a trip to visit Heather, because he’s itching to know what else she can tell him about Jeff.

General Hospital Spoilers — Elizabeth Is Frustrated Hamilton Finn Wants To Stay In The Past

When Elizabeth finds out Finn has been digging into Jeff’s past, she won’t take kindly to it. Certainly, she’s not concerned about her dad finding out, or his privacy. She has little respect for the man and isn’t taking his side. However, she doesn’t like that Finn seems to be carrying this bone around hoping it’ll lead somewhere. She just wants to forget any of this ever happened, and she’s beginning to wonder if she will be able to stay with Finn if he’s not going to let her move on with her life.
