The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Mishael Morgan Talks About What She Misses After Leaving

The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Mishael Morgan (Amanda Sinclair) has decided to take a step back from the show and focus on other projects while keeping one foot in the door. After the cheating scandal between Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), Amanda left and while she is still a part of the show, we will be seeing her a lot less.

She had become an integral part of the show and a character that was getting more involved with the inner workings of Genoa City, like Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) is now. Unfortunately, we may not see her return full-time.

There is a lot that Morgan is going to miss about not being around the show every day, and Soap Opera Digest had the opportunity to speak to her about it, asking specifically what daily ritual she will miss the most. Morgan responded, “Chatting with the hair and makeup people. They really become like your family.”

Another question Mishael answered was what her favorite scene was, which we thought would be hard to pin down, but she answered with confidence when she said, “Definitely the scene with her mom, Naya, which I think instrumental in me winning my [Lead Actress Daytime] Emmy. Amanda really put this woman in her place and didn’t hold back. And to connect with another actor on a deeper level like I did was Ptosha [Storey, ex-Naya] was an amazing experience.”

Amanda Sinclair had the chance to cross paths with a lot of characters and one of my favorite storylines was her and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). However, she didn’t get to quite work with everyone as much as she had hoped. She wanted to work more with Christian LeBlanc (Michael Baldwin).

Morgan said, “I feel like our characters have kind of tippy-toed around each other without getting into anything heavy. When I came back as a lawyer, I was really excited about working with Christian but it never really happened.”
