The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Nate Hastings, Jr (Sean Dominic) will soon discover that hiring Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) was a big mistake. Nate hired Audra as his COO with Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) approval. But the Y&r viewers know that Audra is a shady person.

Audra arrived in Genoa City in a takeover plot with Tucker McCall (Trevor Saint-Victor). They planned to take over Chancellor-Winters. As a mole in CW, Audra would feed Tucker information while she consulted with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) on the IPO merger.

Audra is career-driven and won’t like reporting to Nate. It shouldn’t take her long to want Nate’s CEO position and work to steal his job. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Victoria could shift her loyalty and support Audra as CEO, forcing Nate out of his job.

It wasn’t that long ago that Victoria shoved Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) out of the Newman Media CEO chair. She fired her without cause, as Sally was doing an outstanding job.

Victoria wouldn’t think twice about throwing Nate to the curb for Audra if she thought the businesswoman promised to do a better job. Perhaps, Nate drops the call on a client. Audra could use that to prove he is failing at performing the position’s requirements.

When Victoria changes her mind about Nate being the CEO of Newman Media, he can’t shake the feeling of betrayal. He never expected Audra to go after his job. He thought she would work well with him and happily stay in the position under him.

During the week of January 16, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) urges Nate not to trust Audra. She tells him that there’s something about her that she doesn’t trust. She feared she had an ulterior motive for wanting the job at Newman Media.
