Priscilla Presley Thanks Fans For Their Kind Words During Trying Times For Her Family

Priscilla Presley is still adjusting to life after the painful death of her daughter, Lisa Marie, who died aged 54 on Jan. 12 after being rushed to the hospital.

Two days prior to her death, she attended the Golden Globe Awards, where Austin Butler took home Best Actor in a motion picture for his performance in the biopic “Elvis”.

Following her death, people in the music and entertainment world sent out their condolences and paid tributes to the star. Fans also left heartwarming messages to the late star’s mother Priscilla Presley, and she deeply appreciates it.

On Monday, January 23, Priscilla Presley took to social media to thank fans for their encouraging words even as she mourns the death of her only daughter.

“Thank you all for your condolences, you have touched me with your words. It has been a very difficult time but just knowing your love is out there makes a difference,” she wrote in a tweet.

Prior to the death of her daughter, Priscilla shared on Jan. 13 that Lisa Marie had been rushed to the hospital and called for privacy as the family navigated the trying times.

“My beloved daughter Lisa Marie was rushed to the hospital. She is now receiving the best care. Please keep her and our family in your prayers. We feel the prayers from around the world, and ask for privacy during this time.”

Riley Keough’s – Husband Reveals Priscilla Presley Has A Great-granddaughter During Lisa Marie’s Memorial Service

Lisa Marie’s memorial service took place at Graceland, where she once sang that she would be buried. During the service, Riley Keough, Lisa Marie’s eldest daughter, was sighted with a child.

The child was confirmed to be Riley Keough’s daughter by her husband during an eulogy which he gave at the service. Prior to this, it wasn’t public knowledge that Riley Keough welcomed a daughter with her husband sometime in 2022.
