General Hospital Spoilers: Curtis Learns Trina Is His Daughter — But Who Tells Him?

General Hospital Spoilers tease that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is about to find out he doesn’t have to wait another moment to start a family with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). Learning that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is his daughter won’t be all bad. Sure, it’s going to turn his marriage to Portia into a pile of rubble, but Curtis is going to gain an instant daughter in a way that is far more significant than simply marrying her mother.

Finding out she is his blood is going to change Curtis’ life, and he already adores the young woman that Trina is. His biggest concern will be that she might be apprehensive about accepting him in her life as more than her stepdad. She already has a father, and Curtis cannot possibly expect to replace Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews), and that may be just how he hears the news first.

The GH fans who’ve been holding out for these fireworks won’t be disappointed when they watch Portia turn to Curtis, who has questions written all over her face. She won’t have to utter a word to confirm to Curtis that what Trina has said is true — that is, if it’s Trina who tells Curtis the truth.

It’s also possible Stella knows she’s said too much already. The hints she dropped during her conversation with Trina are going to be all too telling, and Stella could feel just how much she wished she didn’t have to keep this secret anymore.

Also, it’s clear that Trina is starting to question what’s going on with her family and why Stella would fracture things by opting out of the wedding just one day before the big event. Noting that she couldn’t marry Portia and Curtis, “in good conscience,” was probably the wrong thing to say to Trina, but it is too late now. Stella will rush to come clean with Curtis before Trina figures things out on her own.

Instead, he could pull Curtis aside and tell him the truth in private, hoping to mitigate any damage before Trina can come in and blow things up.
