Hailey And Justin Bieber Try To Ignore Selena Gomez Drama

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez famously went through an on-again, off-again romance for years. And when Justin tied the knot with Hailey Baldwin, some fans got upset. But gradually, through the years, most fans accepted the situation. 

However, now a resurfaced video has stirred up a new round of drama. And this time, it involves Hailey, Selena, and Taylor Swift. Get the details below. 

Hailey Bieber – Faces Backlash From Dissing Taylor Swift

An old video showing Hailey Bieber (née Baldwin) throwing shade at Taylor Swift just resurfaced. And that made Taylor’s friend Selena Gomez decide to defend Swift. However, Hailey, 26, and Justin, 28, tried to ignore the drama. And Justin’s wife used her social media to update her fans about a trip with the pop star, noted Us magazine.

Rather than respond to the drama, Hailey posted a series of pics about her visit to London with Justin For instance, photos showed the couple enjoying breakfast and posing in the streets of the city. “Cheerio,” wrote Hailey for her caption. 

But Justin’s wife received so much backlash that she eventually limited her comments section on Instagram. The negative remarks came in response to a resurfaced video. In the clip, Hailey acted as if she felt like she might vomit when Drop The Mic co-host Method Man mentioned Swift. And when the rapper promised a “one-on-one rap battle full of the meanest lyrics about a celebrity since Taylor Swift’s last album,” Hailey rolled her eyes and stuck out her tongue.

The resurfaced video turned up on TikTok. And the user who shared that clip called Hailey a “bully” and a “mean girl.” However, when Selena saw the clip, she promptly defended Taylor. And Gomez wrote in the comments section that her long-time best friend ranks as “one of the best” singers.

But after Selena praised Taylor, fans of both Swift and Gomez headed to Hailey’s Instagram to throw shade at Justin’s wife. For instance, one scolded Hailey, “Grow up and be kind.” And another noted, “I don’t support grown women who are just mean girls and gang up on someone. Grow up. Kindness always surpasses everything.”

However, Hailey also has thrown shade at Taylor’s girl squad in an interview. And she shared that she didn’t understand the group, which includes Selena. “I don’t think that you need to create a public squad. I don’t know what that proves, so I don’t really understand the Taylor Swift squad at all,” declared the supermodel.

Hailey also has faced questions about the timing of her romance with Justin. The two dated off and on from February 2011 to May 2018 before tying the knot in late 2018. But in 2022, Hailey shared on a podcast that no overlap existed between Justin’s romance with his now-wife and his relationship with Selena.
