In December, Jeremy Renner was airlifted to the hospital after he suffered an accident trying to dig out his Nephew’s truck. He sustained major injuries when the plow he got to help him pull out the truck ran him over and he had to undergo surgery due to “blunt chest trauma“.
Later on, he would reveal that he broke more than thirty bones in the accident and had to stay in the hospital for several days. However, he’s home and getting his workout in as he struggles to get better.
Jeremy Renner is taking care of his physical and mental health after he was tragically run over by a snow plow as the festive season was rounding off. Those who called the police at the time said that he’d “been crushed” and is experiencing “a lot of pain”.
Almost three months on, the “Hawkeye” star is still getting back on his feet through one of the best ways he knows how – sweating it out!
He’s been sharing his journey to recovery with fans, and in his latest video, which he uploaded via his Instagram Story, he was seen pedalling a stationary bike with the assistance of a strap-like tool. “Whatever it takes,” he captioned the video.
Another slide showed him working on what he called his “mental recovery” by posting the photo of “The Book Of Awakening” by Mark Nepo.
Several of his co-stars and coworkers have wished him a speedy recovery, with Evangeline Lilly recently gushing on his amazing recovery. The “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” star, 43, said that Renner shattered her expectations of a sick and moaning man by “wheeling” and “laughing” when she visited.
“It’s a miracle, a straight-up miracle,” she said. “He’s made of something really tough, that guy. You’ve always been able to see that in him. He is recovering incredibly, and I’m so grateful.”
