Reality TV shows often wrap up each season with a reunion show. For instance, Andy Cohen has become known for serving as the host for Real Housewives reunion shows. And the Bravo TV exec producer also emcees Below Deck reunions. But rumors have soared that for Below Deck season 10, reunion plans got tossed overboard. And a former crew member/Below Deck star spilled the gossip, according to the Mirror.

Because of the extra dose of drama in season 10, though, Below Deck viewers had looked forward to the reunion eagerly. For instance, when Captain Sandy took over temporarily for Captain Lee, some crew members rebelled. And others found themselves heading ashore after Sandy fired them. One such fired crew member, Alissa Humber, then spilled the news about the cancelled reunion.

Turning to Instagram, Alissa shared what she claimed represented an email from Bravo producers. And the alleged document read, “Hi – I’m writing to let you know that the Below Deck Reunion has now unfortunately been cancelled. We really do appreciate all of your efforts in the lead-up to this,” noted the alleged email from producers. “But scheduling issues have since come up that have made it impossible for us to move forward. Please just respond to this email to confirm that you have received it. Thanks again.”

Below Deck Spoilers – Captain Lee Feud Cancels Reunion?

However, fans expressed disappointment at the news. And they cited several reasons for wanting to see Below Deck season 10 end with a reunion show. For instance, one Reddit fan admitted feeling “super gutted about this” cancellation. And the fan explained, “Reunions are always my favorite episodes, and I was so excited to see Camille v Alissa, Lee v Sandy. I wanted to watch Fraser get his justice for being such a solid chief stew this season.”

But others questioned exactly why the reunion got cancelled. And most scoffed at the claim that schedule conflicts caused the decision. Because Below Deck reunions take place via Zoom, cast members have done the reunion shows everywhere from hotel rooms to their cars. As a result, one fan called the situation “pretty weird.”

And many linked the feud between Captain Lee and Sandy to the cancellation. Because Lee turned to Twitter to scold Sandy for firing some of his crew without informing him, the feud between the two captains stole the spotlight. And the concern about how to hold a reunion that would feature two feuding captains may have led to the cancellation.
