According to Page Six, Selena and Zayn’s assistant were spotted dining at a swanky Japanese restaurant this past week. This comes after a TikTok influencer also spotted Selena getting very up close and personal with Zayn during a different outing in the Big Apple, too. Could it be that Selena might have found love again with the former One Direction star? Maybe.

Back in 2022, Selena admitted that even though she dealt with a lot of public heartbreak after he split with Justin Bieber, she wasn’t one to give up on love. She even said that she would rather get her heart broken over and over again than not feel love at all.

The multi-talented singer and actress told Jay Shetty on his podcast at the time, “Being in moments in my life, whether it was my health or personal life, friendships, relationships, I feel like giving myself completely to something is just the best way I can love.”

She continued, “But I never wanted the pain that I endured to put some sort of guard on myself and armor, if you will. And I never, I never let that happen because I still believe, and I still hope, I hope for love, and I hope for healing, and I hope for change. And I never wanna lose that. Of course, there are days where I feel so far away, but I would rather continue to get my heart broken than to not feel at all.”
