Y&R spoilers reveal that Phyllis was so obsessed with proving Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) hadn’t changed. Eventually, Phyllis lost everything – including her hotel as well as relationships with Summer and Daniel Romalotti Jr (Michael Graziadei). Then, Phyllis joined forces with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde).

Even though Phyllis followed orders, there came a point when she had enough. Phyllis couldn’t stand to see Summer and Daniel suffer anymore. Even though Soap Opera Digest stated via an interview that Phyllis has only been dead a few days, the damage has already been significant.

Just as Phyllis announced she couldn’t let her kids suffer anymore, there was conflict with Jeremy. There was no way that Jeremy was going back to prison. If Phyllis didn’t continue with the plan, then Jeremy would make sure she never saw the light of day again. That is when things spiraled out of control.

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of April 24 reveal that a promo clip features Phyllis and Summer. As Phyllis struts into Genoa City looking fabulous and healthy, she runs into Summer. Phyllis just smiles as Summer emotionally says that she thought that her mother was dead. The two joyfully embrace, but there is something wrong with this picture.

For one thing, Phyllis always has something to say. So, why isn’t she explaining to Summer? Why isn’t Summer asking how this is possible? Plus, Phyllis looks pretty darn good facing Summer. That is a stark contrast to what fans recently saw during her conflict with Jeremy.

Also, wouldn’t Phyllis want to approach Summer privately rather than where a crowd could gather? At the very least, Phyllis wouldn’t’ want the police to question her yet.

Y&R Spoilers – More Consequences?

Phyllis might think that everything will be forgiven once she resurfaces alive. However, the police wasted valuable time, resources and money trying to solve her fake murder. So, Phyllis might have some consequences that she doesn’t expect.
