Sister Wives: Gwendlyn Brown Says Stepmom Robyn Brown Doesn’t See “Herself As Part Of The Family”

Gwendlyn Brown the ever-so-vocal daughter of TLC patriarch Kody Brown and ex-wife Christine Brown is at it again. For a while now, Gwen has been re-watching the last season of their TLC show and explaining in detail how things truly are behind the scenes in her family.

Using her YouTube account as her whistleblower, she has successfully relayed what really went on in each of the episodes of “Sister Wives” season 17.

Recently, she shared her personal point of view on what happened in the episode her mom left her dad, and how her stepmother Robyn Brown who is now the only wife of Kody, tearfully said in a confessional that all she ever wanted was for the family to be together.

Robyn has always been accused by the other wives as Kody’s favorite, and that was majorly the reason the other three wives left him. While addressing the episode, Gwen told her followers that Robyn already subtracted herself from the Brown family.

While describing Robyn’s so-called wish as “so lovely and so cute,” the 21-year-old shared, “I’m not sure that Robyn can be reunited with it… With Robyn, she’s made it very clear that she no longer sees herself as part of the family. I’m not sure if she’ll allow that to happen with her kids.”

She went on to say, “She states that she wants us to be this big happy family but in my experience, that’s not true. She doesn’t feel like this perfect person to talk through your emotions. When she says she is and she claims it’s going to be this little one-on-one, it feels — at the risk of sounding like I’m accusing her of being this bad person — it feels manipulative to me.”

The TLC star went on to say that Kody sees Robyn as the best thing on planet Earth and considers Robyn’s words to be A and Amen. “If I ever have an issue with Robyn, it’s like, ‘Don’t ever disrespect Robyn again. She’s this perfect, magical, beautiful, wonderful being,'” said Gwendlyn.

She also told her follower that she tries her best to separate her personal life from her tv life whenever she watches the show. When I watch the show, sometimes I watch it and I forget that I’m one of these people,” said the reality tv star.

She further said, “When I watch it, I’m this completely separate person, which is probably not a good thing. Because when you’re watching the show and you see these people as people on TV, you start to see them as less human and more entertainment. And that’s not a good way to think about my parents.”
