Netflix’s Emily In Paris is all set to return for its fourth season after Season 3 ended on a cliffhanger. The rom-com series starring Lily Collins and created by Darren Star premiered on the streamer on October 2020 with generally positive reviews in the US. However, it was criticized by France for negative stereotyping of the French and the Parisians. Following the series’ success, it was renewed for another season in November 2020 which aired in December 2021. Finally, the series was renewed for Seasons 3 and 4 in January 2022, of which the third season premiered on December 2022. Now, fans await Emily In Paris. Season 4 to premiere on Netflix. Emily In Paris tells the tale of Emily Cooper, who is an American from Chicago and holds a Master’s degree in communications. Soon, she moves away to Paris in order to work for a popular marketing firm. The protagonist is tasked with bringing an American POV as well as social media presence to this French marketing firm. However, as expected, cultures clash while she tries to figure out her new life in the city while juggling new friendships, her career, and her love life.

Given that the series was renewed for Seasons 3 and 4 at the same time, the upcoming season is ready, but the streamer hasn’t yet announced an official release date for Season 4. However, it is expected that the latest chapter will land on the streamer sometime in the fall or winter of 2023. Given that Season 3 premiered in December 2022, it is possible that Emily In Paris Season 4 will hit the streamer sometime in December 2023.

However, it is a known fact that both Seasons 3 and 4 were filmed consecutively. So, it should be all set for release and would be down to Netflix if it wishes to drop them now or later this year. The showrunner Darren Star recently revealed that they don’t have any firm agenda as to how long the show will continue. Currently, they feel like the story is far from being mapped out as the character keeps evolving with time.

Apart from the protagonist, returning for the fourth season are Gabriel, Alfie, and Camille to give the cliffhanger ending in Season 3 a satisfying conclusion.
