General Hospital Spoilers: As Carly And Sonny Both Fall On Hard Times, They Could Fall Back Into Bed — Together

General Hospital spoilers tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) are headed for a reunion, although neither of them would admit to it right now if we asked. It was clear to Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) that Sonny’s intention to figure out who reported Carly — and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) — to the SEC was motivated by more than just concern for his children.

He will always love Carly and would never want to see harm come her way. But it’s more than that. He wants to avenge her; he wants to right this wrong. Will he feel the same way when he finds out Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is the culprit lurking behind it all? For sure! That’s going to give him the best excuse to end their relationship and pursue the one he really wants with Carly. Will she come around? Most certainly, once she realizes he’s her way out of this mess.

One of the biggest problems for Nina has been Sonny’s ex-wife, Carly. The baby mama drama has only added to Nina’s stress levels, leaving her struggling to cope with just being in love with Sonny. She didn’t know it was going to be so hard to have everyone against them. But, perhaps the biggest issue is that Nina simply cannot handle the mob life. It is a lifestyle that demands secrecy, danger, and a taste for violence — elements that just aren’t compatible with Nina’s personality. As these issues continue to plague her, she just might find herself feeling like Sonny may not be worth all of this anyway.

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) might have dropped his plan to sabotage his father, but that doesn’t mean Sonny is in the clear. Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is now stuck in the mob as he waits around Port Charles all for the sake of his relationship with Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) — who is going to go rogue and turn Sonny in herself. All Joss needs is access to that video on Dex’s phone to do Sonny in for good and ensure she gets her man all to herself. Does she really have the nerve to go through with it? You betcha!
