The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday January 13th indicate that a nervous Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will snap at Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind), Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) learns Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is no longer in therapy, and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) may face more trouble.

At the penthouse, Adam and Chelsea are cuddling downstairs on the couch when Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) appears. Adam and Chelsea got to get dressed, and when they come back, Connor has breakfast and cards on the table. When Chelsea says she’s going to work, Connor freaks out and begs his mother not to go because of what happened the last time. The couple debate on how to handle the situation and whether Chelsea should continue working at the hotel. Chelsea mention talking with the therapist, then reminds Adam they can get through anything.

At home, Billy tells Victoria his consulting job has wrapped up and she suggest he find something challenging to do, which causes an uneasy reaction in Billy. He says the alone time gave him an opportunity to reflect on his life. Victoria says it’s good he sorts things out, and Billy repeats her comment about sorting things out. Victoria asks if Billy needs to tell her something and he tells her he stopped going to therapy. Victoria’s upset he didn’t tell her sooner, then her concern for him grows.

Billy says he knows what he’s doing and this is for the best, but Victoria reminds him about trying to run down Adam. Billy says he’s moved on from that. Victoria talks about seeing warning signs and Billy says she needs to stop fixing him. He talks about how he’s not this person she wants him to be, and he feels uncomfortable opening up to her. Billy reassures Victoria when she asks if he’s certain everything will be fine. They cuddle on the couch, but Billy still thinks Victoria sees him as damaged goods. He contemplates whether Victoria loves him or if Billy knows the real Billy, but he says he feels good.

At her house, Sharon is about to read the biopsy results when Faith comes in. Sharon hides the papers and seems to be distracted. When Faith asks her a question, Sharon snaps at the girl. Sharon apologizes and Faith hugs her mom. Faith then says she’s going to see her dad Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) at the main house. After Faith is gone, Sharon grabs her coat and leaves.

Nick is at his place when Faith calls asking if he can come get she, Sharon was acting weird. Nick goes to get Faith and when they come back to his place, she explains Sharon seemed tense and snapped at her. Their conversation is interrupted when Nick gets a call from New Hope. While he’s gone, Faith tries to call her mother, but gets the voicemail. Nick and Faith then go out shopping, and when they return she asks if Nick wants to talk about his break up with Chelsea because she knows they can be difficult. An inquisitive Nick then asks how Faith knows about the difficulties of break ups.

At the doctor’s office, the nurse is talking to Sharon about the procedure. Sharon is laying on the table and trying to remain positive. After the procedure, Sharon checks her phone to see a text from Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and a voicemail from Faith.

Sharon arrives home at the same time as Nick and Faith do. She hides the biopsy papers as Nick and Faith talk about their day. Faith asks if Sharon wants to see what they brought, but Sharon declines. She says she’s tired and needs a nap. As Sharon goes upstairs, Nick and Faith look at each other.

Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) is at his penthouse. He tells Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) he was obsessed with Amanda Sinclair (Mishel Morgan) because of her resemblance to Hilary. He says it made him act irrational. Elena thanks Devon for opening up, then promises to help him through this. She blames Colin Atkinson (Tristan Rogers) for this situation, then says once they get the money back Devon can carry out Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) wishes. He mentions that Chance Chancellor’s (Donny Boaz) team has found a clue about Colin’s whereabouts. Devon says he doesn’t care if Amanda was involved, he’s moving on because he’s got all he wants.

Later Devon is at Society finishing up with a meeting when Amanda walks in. She informs him she’s staying in town and to get used to seeing a lot more of her. Devon asks her to sit, and he explains his harsh feelings towards her weren’t about the will, but her resemblance to Hilary. He apologizes and Amanda says she knows it couldn’t have been easy for him. He hopes they can be on good terms, then wonders if she knows where Colin is. An irritated Amanda says she just wants this to be over, then leaves. Devon then murmurs about how that wasn’t a denial.
