In the previous episode of the longest-running soap, Sarah was filled with worries when she started a fling with Damon. It all began when she unknowingly enjoyed a wine night with him following her commotion with her husband, Adam Barlow. For the second time, the woman experienced the villain’s charm when he offered her a lift to a business meeting in a hotel.

During the meeting, Damon was hanging around Sarah until he joined the conversation when he heard the client’s negative feedback. As a result, due to the man’s convincing opinions, the business talk ended successfully. Despite what happened, Sarah madly headed to Damon’s hotel room to express her madness towards him. However, the two ended up kissing and shared an intimate moment.

In the past, Sarah was firm about not having a baby in the future. Due to what happened with her and Damon, the woman suddenly changed her mind. On the other hand, Dee-Dee Bailey got suspicious about the Underworld employee’s behavior. As a result, she confronted Sarah and asked about the matter, leading her to convince Dee-Dee not to tell anyone about it.

During her interview at this year’s British Soap Awards, Tina O’Brien shares her “messy” storyline in the cobbles. “There’s going to be a troubling time that she realizes she is with child, but she is unsure as to who the father of the child is going to be,” the actress told Daily Star.

Moreover, she hinted at some “bad behaviors” she will soon portray onscreen. “She’s always been quite well behaved so maybe there’s some more bad behavior in addition to her affair, but eventually, there’s got to be a comeuppance,” O’Brien uttered.

Aside from her undesirable actions, the 39-year-old actress explained her character’s affair with Damon Hay. She stated that during the time Sarah needed attention, Adam was not available due to heavy workloads. As a result, she got to use her husband’s absence as an excuse for her fling with the cobbles’ villain.

“Damon suddenly appeared and made her feel excited, and wanted and desired. The fact that he’s chased her so hard has made her feel attractive again. She knows she shouldn’t be doing this but it’s really exciting,” she stated.
