Coronation Street Spoilers: Sarah Barlow Betrays Adam In New Damon Romance

Coronation Street spoilers, news, and updates tease that Sarah Barlow will give into the temptation of starting an affair with Damon Hay behind her husband’s back.

Next week in the long-running soap, the pair will chance on each other when Sarah (Tina O’Brien) has an important meeting for Underworld. Unfortunately, Sarah’s car gets blocked, but she dares to not miss her meeting with a client.

Since Adam (Sam Robertson) gets lost at work, Damon (Ciarán Griffiths) comes to the rescue and offers Sarah a lift to the hotel.

Arriving at the hotel, a grateful Sarah turns annoyed when Damon insists he stays at the hotel bar and sits nearby a table close to her and her client. The villain listens to Sarah and Lulu’s conversation and witnesses the latter’s critics of the designs.

Pretending to be a VIP, Damon passes along Sarah’s table and praises the designs. He then hands Sarah his card with his room number written on the back.

Lulu looks at the design again with a positive perspective, but Sarah gets irked with Damon’s intervention. Determined to confront him, Sarah heads up to Damon’s room to accuse him of meddling. However, Damon finds her personality cute and hands her a glass of champagne.

Unable to resist their alone time together in a hotel room for the second time, Sarah gets cozy with him and gives him a passionate kiss. Will this affair result in having a baby?

‘Coronation Street’ Spoilers – Producer MacLeod Hints Damon’s Redeeming Story

Corrie producer Iain MacLeod exposed Damon’s evil nature which is “every bit as dangerous and brutal as Harvey.” According to MacLeod, viewers see Damon as less of a blunt instrument than his brother Harvey.

Howbeit, they will see a totally different side to Damon’s personality in the not-too-distant future as he poses more danger in the soap.

“Damon upends a lot of people’s lives and brings criminality into a family that could probably do from moving on from their past,” MacLeod said. The producer also hinted they’re in the works of a redeeming plot for Damond.

Speaking on ITV1’s Loose Women last month, he teased: “But what we’re doing over the next few months is seeing that he’s got a different side to him. He has got – I wouldn’t say a soft center, but he’s got a heart.”

“He will try – after making a really, really big mistake – to try and turn his life around and go straight for a while. There will be a love interest that will be part of his decision to try and turn his life around,” he added. Could this be Sarah? Will she tame this beast?
