Doubting his recovery, he handed his friend, Evelyn, some letters to distribute if ever he will not survive the procedure. As she went through the letters, the woman was stunned as she found one addressed to her.

Before Roy stepped foot into the operation room, Evelyn (Maureen Lipman) wished him the best of luck. Meanwhile, she decided to open the letter and read it to herself. As a result, she felt different after knowing how much she means to her friend. Evelyn then made her way to the hospital to express her thoughts about the matter. However, she was left disheartened when she found Yasmeen Metcalfe (Shelley King) at Roy’s bedside.

Though she wants her friend to overcome his health scare, Evelyn gets sad when Roy tells her that he feels a lot better as it only means that Freddie will soon return home.

Moreover, amidst her frustrations, the woman starts to feel jealous when Yasmeen invites Roy to a book reading at the library. She also wants to open up about her real feelings to her friend, but can she be able to do that?
