General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, January 22, tease that the action is really heating up on the ABC soap. But before we get to that, we have a quick programming note. As you probably know, Tuesday’s episode of GH was nationally pre-empted, so right now the plan is for ABC to push Tuesday’s episode to Wednesday.

General Hospital Spoilers – Lulu Spencer Quizzes Charlotte Cassadine About Her “Artwork”

First off, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) will question her daughter Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez). As GH viewers know, Charlotte was spending time with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and working on a picture collage for school. During the course of her slicing and dicing pictures for the collage, Charlotte cut up a photo of Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) that was laying around the Crimson office.

It appears that Lulu will see the defaced photo and ask her daughter what happened. We’ll see what Charlotte says. She might be experiencing some hostility toward Sasha and putting the blame on her for Nina and Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) relationship problems.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Wants Swift Action

Next on GH, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will put their heads together about the situation going on in Sonny’s business. As GH viewers know, one of Sonny’s delivery trucks was hijacked and set on fire a while back, which seemed to be a message to Sonny about someone possibly moving in on his territory.

It looks like Sonny will have an idea about what he and Jason need to do to respond to the attack. Obviously, Sonny can’t just let the whole thing go, so he’ll need to respond in some way. Whatever the response is, Sonny will want it to be swift and to work, as he tells Jason that he doesn’t want an incident. Attracting police attention isn’t what Sonny wants at all.

General Hospital Spoilers – Josslyn Jacks Makes A Suggestion About Wiley Cooper-Jones

Meanwhile, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will have an opinion on the terrible situation unfolding with Wiley Cooper-Jones (Theo and Erik Olson). As GH viewers know, everyone is very worried about Brad Cooper’s (Parry Shen) judgment in caring for Wiley, since he seems to be frazzled all the time and is allowing Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier) to be around Wiley.

According to General Hospital spoilers, Josslyn will suggest to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) could revoke the adoption to Brad and Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) and get Wiley back. One wonders if this is something that Willow would seriously consider doing, especially since she’s shown in GH previews telling Sasha that she’s worried about Brad raising Wiley.

Carly Corinthos Issues A Stern Warning

Next on GH, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will decide that she’s had about enough of Nelle. As GH viewers will remember, Carly has just come face-to-face with Nelle at the Metro Court. It looks like Nelle will start bringing up the death of Jonah Corinthos, aka Wiley. Carly will tell Nelle in no uncertain terms that she needs to stop mentioning Jonah or else. Of course, since this is Nelle, she probably won’t oblige.

General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome Gets Her Wish – On One Condition

Finally, on the next episode of General Hospital, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) will have a frank chat. As GH viewers know, Nikolas just had a disastrous reunion with Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel) in France. But that won’t stop Ava from pushing Nikolas to sign that post-nuptial agreement. Ava wants a lucrative agreement in exchange for handing over the original version of the codicil.

Well, it looks like Nikolas will agree to the post-nup, but he’ll have some terms. He’ll tell Ava that he’ll do it on one condition, but what will that condition be? GH viewers will have to tune in to find out!
