According to new reports, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are looking to make some significant changes in their lives. That’s mostly because they’ve been having a hard time making ends meet ever since they lost their multi-million dollar contract with Spotify.

Simply put, it has been difficult for them trying to keep up with all of their bills and that’s why they are looking to downsize. Less bills, less problems, and less royal headaches, as they say.

But if Harry and Meghan won’t be able to sell their house, they might find themselves in some deep trouble. When they pulled the plug on their working relationship with the royal family back in 2020, they probably didn’t realize that becoming financially-independent royals would be this much work.

If they still lived in the UK, they would live comfortably while under King Charles’ financial support, but in California they have to work for every dollar that they make. And for Harry and Meghan, that has given them a major reason to be stressed. That’s why they want to get out of Montecito as soon as possible.
