She couldn’t stop touching her belly as she held a white shopping bag in her other hand. In another sighting, Hailey and Justin were walking down the street. One of their friends passed by and yelled, “I know you’re pregnant.”

Hailey Bieber only smiled. She didn’t confirm nor deny the rumors. The couple is close to celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary. Earlier this week, the model wore a crop top that showed off her midriff. She also wore a tight sage green dress with a light green blouse in another sighting.

In another photo, she wore a light green bikini and another bathroom selfie. Hailey captioned the post: “A bit of the summer energy so far.” Fans noticed the size of her pout. They think it’s an early sign of pregnancy.

“Lips have that lil bit of pregnancy puff going on. Anyone else?” one fan asked.

“5+ years still no babies?” another nosy fan asked.

Hailey Bieber has been at the center of pregnancy rumors since earlier this year. Fans last thought she was pregnant when she went to the Grammys with the Canadian pop star. She wore an ill-flattering white strapless evening gown that made it look like she had a baby bump.
