General Hospital Spoilers: Helpless Captives, Lethal Assassin, Desperate Savior, World On Fire!

General Hospital spoilers and updates for the week of Monday, August 7-Friday, August 11 tease helpless captives and one person twice targeted, ending with her world on fire!

Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) has those outside Ferncliff trying to rescue her, but she’s still a helpless captive; meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is twice targeted and her world’s on fire!

General Hospital Spoilers: Helpless Captives

Sasha is shown in Ferncliff with Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) once again forcing pills into her to keep her compliant-but crazy.

He and Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) can’t let their meal ticket take back her own life, but someone’s onto them. But Sasha’s got a rescuer who will do anything to get in to see her and help, and he will do anything-with a helper.

Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) is telling someone Sasha needs help, something else is going on and he’s worried for her safety-first, he’ll try Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy).

It’ll be out of her hands, so he’ll go to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to set up a distraction at Ferncliff; in the meantime, Sasha cries out!

GH Spoilers: Twice Targeted

Anna and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) continue to work through a theory as to who the sniper at the Metro Court was who now has been determined to have targeted Anna.

They came to that conclusion because the assault weapon that Dante and Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) found was traced back to the WSB arsenal, but also graffiti on her door.

The word “murderer” had been spray painted, also leading to the theory of the sniper being a rogue WSB agent, possibly one still secretly loyal to Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy).

Anna has another idea though-could the sniper be connected to Pikeman, since they are mercenaries who deal in black market weapons? She asks Dante if he’s heard of them.

General Hospital Spoilers: World On Fire

Anna then talks to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), frustrated with having to hide out, she wants to take action against those targeting her.

She rises from her sofa in anger, telling Valentin that she refuses to be a sitting duck before they take another shot at her.

The only problem is, it’s not a shot this time, as black gloved hands are shown lighting a match and setting a fire below her staircase.

This time the person or persons targeting Anna set her world on fire-it’s pitch black and Anna’s probably a sleeping duck, not a sitting one. Will she be able to escape the raging inferno that is about to engulf her home?
