In the previous episodes of the longest-running soap, Stephen unveiled his evil side to Elaine when the latter caught him making a rude face behind her back. Since then, the woman started to get rid of herself from him as she remembered her abusive former husband. Moreover, Elaine started to investigate her ex-fiancé and went through his belongings. She then found a joint life insurance which left her horrified as she noticed the forged signature under her name.

Following their horrible discovery, Tim advised his mom to vacate the place as he waited for the villain to arrive.

When the two guys finally got face-to-face, the loving son angrily confronted Stephen and warned him to bring the matter to the authorities.

Their commotion turned physical as Tim pushed the man and hit his head. As a result, Stephen fell to the ground and ended up in a hospital bed.

Following the commotion, though he gave out his explanation, a police officer arrested Tim for grievous bodily harm (GBH). On the other hand, after his emergency surgery, Stephen woke up and shared his side of the story when the authorities visited him.

After the meeting, Craig informed Tim that his case was dropped as Stephen stated that he simply fell and hit his head.

The information left Elaine and Tim confuse, so the matriarch confronted the man and asked him about the matter.

Stephen then explained that he did everything as he truly loved Elaine. However, despite the man’s statement, Elaine stuck to her decision to end their relationship. She also decided to step away from the cobbles for a while to get over the split.

In the upcoming scenes of “Coronation Street,” the popular villain is up to his game again as he plans to kick off Tim from Weatherfield.

Some behind-the-scenes photos of the ITV soap were revealed in which Stephen was seen trying to strangle Tim with a tie. It’s no surprise that the iconic villain will come after Tim due to their heated argument they had last month.

In one of his recent interviews, Todd Boyce voiced his love for the show, especially his villainous character. “I feel exhilarated more than exhausted because it’s just been so much fun,” he told Inside Soap.
