Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Theresa Donovan (Jen Lilley) will return to Salem for a sad reason. And she’s not the only one.

Other fan faves also will help to bid farewell to Victor Kiriakis (the late John Aniston) as well. However, when Jen shared her Days Of Our Lives return on Instagram, her fans reacted in a shocking way.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Theresa Donovan And Sonny Kiriakis Return!

Jennifer Aniston still grieves for her late father, Days Of Our Lives actor John Aniston (Victor Kiriakis). But while the Friends alum mourns, Days Of Our Lives has begun prepping to offer a tribute to the character he played.

And those honoring Victor including returning characters Theresa Donovan (Jen Lilley) and Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker), insiders told Soap Opera Network.

Both Jen and Zach will appear in the Days Of Our Lives funeral episodes this month. And Theresa will focus on supporting Brady (Eric Martsolf), her former partner and father to their son, Tate.

But while Brady pays tribute to his grandfather, Sonny will remember his own special bond with Victor. When Sonny came out as gay in 2011, Victor showed his support and love for his great-nephew.

Lilley’s history with Days Of Our Lives goes back to July 2013, when Theresa Donovan first appeared as an adult. However, in November 2016, the actress left the soap opera. And she proceeded to become a fan favorite on the Hallmark Channel and in Great American Family movies.

Tinker first appeared on Days Of Our Lives in 2021. And he delighted fans in the spin-offs, Days Of Our Lives: Beyond Salem (Chapter One) and Days of our Lives: A Very Salem Christmas. However, after joining the series in March 2022, Tinker made his final appearance as a Days Of Our Lives regular in December 2022. But he did appear in a recurring role during the first part of this year.

However, when Jen shared her Days Of Our Lives appearance on Instagram, her Hallmark fans became frantic pleading with her not to leave. And though for now Lilley reportedly will just appear to help honor John Aniston, her fans seemed to think that she would shift completely from Hallmark to Days Of Our Lives. For instance, one fan begged, “Don’t do it Jen. It is not a worthy platform for you as mom, Christian. Days is the worst of all soaps with their storylines.”

And another shared, “Well, if that makes you happy, that’s great. I’ll miss you in the Christmas movies I’m not, and have never been a fan of soaps. Sorry to see you go.” Others agreed. For example, one fan wrote, “Wow I’m going to miss you on Hallmark. I like when you did Hallmark movies . So thank you for doing Hallmark movies and get to see you do Hallmark movies. We enjoyed the movie that you did so thank you.”
