The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Plays Matchmaker, Tries To Fix Her Children’s Relationships?

The Young and The Restless spoilers and rumors tease Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) might play matchmaker in an effort to fix her grown children’s relationships. However, such an effort may do more harm than good, considering one’s spouse is cheating and the other’s in a new relationship by his choice.

Phyllis is trying to alleviate her guilt for allowing Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) and Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) to think she was dead.

She’s squeaked out of the charges for murdering her captor, Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) although she does have some community service to fulfill.

Now she sees an opportunity to make amends with Summer and Daniel, by trying to fix their relationships-but she’s a little out of the loop.

Summer’s husband, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is having an affair and Summer is heartbroken but knows it’s time to let him go.

Daniel is involved with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) but Phyllis knows his ex, Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) is in town and thinks he’ll be happier with her.

Y & R Spoilers – Matchmaking Or Mess Making?

Phyllis can’t fix relationships between people who don’t want to be together, she of all people should know this-but she thinks fixing Summer’s might be easier.

Phyllis is out of the loop and doesn’t realize Kyle’s been having an affair, and Summer’s been crying on Chance Chancellor’s (Conner Floyd) shoulder.

Summer shouldn’t take Kyle back-this is the second time she’s been dumped by him for someone else, the first time with Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle).

But out of the loop Mama Phyllis might try to intervene between them anyway, feeling guilt for being part of the problem since Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is his mother.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Heather Stevens Back For Good?

Phyllis notes Heather is back in town for good, strange since her father Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) is still back in Portugal, and being divorced by Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell).

That means that soon Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) should be coming home from school as well. Daniel has had such a fraught past with Lily, and Phyllis knows he wants to make amends to Lucy.

That would be much easier if he also made amends to Heather, which will be easier if he dumps Lily and goes back to Heather and Phyllis is on it.

But Phyllis’ efforts to make amends to Summer and Daniel may in fact drive them farther from her, because of her interference in their love lives!
