Prince Harry is back in his homeland. The Duke of Sussex arrived in London to what looked like a very royal welcome.
Actually, make that a royal welcome from just about everyone except his own family members. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Royal Family News: Prince Harry Returns To The UK WIth A Royal Arrival
As many royal fans are probably aware of by now, the Duke of Sussex is in London for the WellChild awards. It’s an event that he has been attending for the last 15 years.
Prince Harry is expected to quickly leave London however and make his way to Germany for this year’s Invictus Games.
That’s where he will be joined by his wife Meghan Markle, who opted to fly direct from California to Dusseldorf for the games.
But if there are two people that Harry won’t be seeing during his very quick trip to the UK, it’s his father, King Charles and his brother, Prince William.
It’s like both of them made a point to be as far away as possible during Harry’s short stay in London. In fact, William decided to put a royal engagement on his calendar that was 100 miles away on the same day that Harry returned to the UK. If that weren’t enough, King Charles also decided to stay at Balmoral Castle in Scotland.
Clearly, he didn’t want to make an effort to see his son during his short trip home.
Royal Family News: No One Is Making An Effort To End The Feud
There was some earlier speculation that Prince Harry was going to have crisis talks with his father. But that clearly is not going to happen.
It seems like the royals would rather just ignore their ongoing feud with Prince Harry than actually do something about it.
At this rate, it’s safe to say that Harry and the rest of the royal family might never patch things up just because no one is willing to make the first move.
Here’s hoping that changes before it’s too late. Watch this space as there’s certainly more to come.

Pretty sure any royal engagements are scheduled months in advance, but go off. Regardless, I’d be wary of someone (family or not) who sold family gossip and private family matters to make a buck too. Harry had plenty of opportunities previously to talk and make things better with his family before things blew up, and he refused to do so. Don’t put all the blame on Charles and William.
Personally. I would never be able trust him again. I applaud Charles and William.
Same here. They can love him but from a distance. He has proven to be their worst enemy.
I can’t believe how Meghan allegedly is concerned about her first husband writing his memoir but she and Harry simply say whatever they wish, private, lies or half truths about his family to the world.
Harry should keep his mouth shut about his family problems and deal with them in a mature adult manner. The poor rich privileged me syndrome is getting old, as there counselors, psychologists, mental healthcare he can get for himself.
I think the royal family is overrated. I think Prince William and Kate need to grow up and so does Charles. They’ve all made mistakes, and who wants to have a government telling them everything to do every minute of the day of their life!! They have money, but they have no life and they have people telling them that they’re wonderful when they’re not. They’re phony…
I am most disappointed with William disengaging his brother at all costs. Just grow up buddy just grow up. You are truly disgusting.
I think the trauma that Prince Harry suffered when his Mother died was never addressed by his family and all the hurt and anger has built up over the years. All of this is now coming out and the Royals still won’t admit they did him wrong. King Charles and his wife ( his side piece of many years ) are still rubbing it in his face, the King made his choice and it wasn’t his Son.I wish Prince Harry and his wife and kids the very best, but not so much for the Royals.
Me too. I was always a supporter of the Royals. Loved the Queen but disgusted by the current Royals. Love Harry, Megan and their babies. The monarchy needs to end.
I think the royal family needs to stop making Harry the one at fault. Harry didn’t really put anything out there that hadn’t already been know about. I think William and Charles feel threatened by Harry. They just need to realize how they’ve treated Harry all these yrs. and put their differences aside and be a family. Its the bigger man who can forgive. For a family that is supposedly religious should know about forgiveness.
I say it’s their loss. Harry is a person who shows his feelings and love for his country. I read his book and have watched all the shows and documentaries about him and Meghan….. He holds his head high and deserves all the best in his future. Loved his Heart of INVICTUS documentary. He is just so warm and caring….I wish the press would just stop already!!!!!! Leave them alone to enjoy their lives.
#1 Why would the royal family want to see that treacherous whiny man-child? #2 Proof he doesn’t need that extra security. I mean British celebrities move around every day without armed security & they are just fine so why would a non working ex royal need any additional security especially at tax payer expense? Oh wait, he doesn’t.
Royalty is overrated. I say get rid of it, not just in England but all other nations using this outdated institution.
I think they all should come together and heal. Things do happen in all families, but if the Royal believe in God and say they are Christian, they should sit down, talk it out, stop hiding their wrongs, and be examples and show the world how to forgive and heal. That is what I believe Jesus would say. I like Harry and Meagan and when people go to counseling and began to heal, the first thing to healing is to say how things in your life make you feel, how people who hurt you make you feel and then the healing begins. Harry loves all his family and his country, a great leader admits their faults and sometimes others people wrong come into play. None of us are perfect. I think the King should welcome Harry and Meagan and the kids back. Let them work part time Royals, it will only make the whole family better for their future. What will it hurt….
