Russell Brand is frying in a hot pan right now – one made up of unproven allegations at the moment – but a hot one nonetheless.
Every day new accusers come forward to say that the famous comedian sexually assaulted them.The Metropolitan police are said to be currently investigating a 2003 Soho, London incident.

The Metropolitan Police Releases Statement On New Sexual Assault Claim Against Russell Brand
Russell Brand has addressed a lot of complicated and heavy subjects in his long and successful career as a host and comedian, and the situation he finds himself in, at the moment, cannot be any more complicated and heavy.
So far, Brand has faced accusations from five different women, with the new one coming in after U.K. newspapers The Times and The Sunday Times published allegations of rape, sexual assault and abuse from four women on Saturday, September 16.
This Monday, The Times reported that several more women have reached out alleging abuse against Brand, 58, following the publication of the initial report.
In a written statement shared with the press, the Met Police addressed the newest allegation against Brand, saying, “On Sunday, 17 September, the Met received a report of a sexual assault which was alleged to have taken place in Soho in central London in 2003. Officers are in contact with the woman and will be providing her with support.”
“We first spoke with The Sunday Times on Saturday, 16 September and have since made further approaches to The Sunday Times and Channel 4 to ensure that anyone who believes they have been the victim of a sexual offence is aware of how to report this to the police,” the statement continued.
“We continue to encourage anyone who believes they may have been a victim of a sexual offence, no matter how long ago it was, to contact us.”
U.K. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak Calls Accusations Against Russell Brand “Serious and Concerning”
The U.K. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak also addressed the allegations, calling them serious. He also promised that the perpetrators must be brought to justice no matter who they are and what position they hold in the society.
The spokesperson added that Sunak “has been clear that there should never be any space for harassment regardless of where it is found.”
