General Hospital Spoilers: As Nina Covers For Valentin, She’ll Make An Enemy Out Of Sonny’s Friend Anna

General Hospital Spoilers report Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) would do just about anything for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) — especially where Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) is concerned. But watching the video footage of Charlotte breaking into Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) hotel room at the Metro Court has her papa and former stepmother stunned. Rendered nearly speechless, Valentin still hasn’t fully processed what he saw.

While he’s busy looking out for Charlotte, he’ll be clueless as to how much danger Anna may be in – discounting Charlotte’s ability to do some serious damage. At the same time, his reignited alliance with Nina could come back to bite both of them in major ways.

General Hospital Spoilers — Nina Reeves’s Lies Keep Piling Up

Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) was stunned to find Anna in her office the morning after the break-in asking to see evidence of the missing footage for herself.

Likewise, Anna was shocked that Olivia knew nothing about the events of the previous night, but it did sound as though she was otherwise occupied with Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth).

Pulling up the footage, it was clear it was indeed missing. Olivia reacted swiftly, contacting Nina out of concern.

What was more surprising was Nina’s jumpy demeanor that screamed of guilt. Olivia will continue to narrow in on that.

When she unearths that truth and takes it to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), the news won’t take long to make its way to Anna.

GH Spoilers – Suggest Charlotte Cassadine Might Want Her Stepmom Back

Fans are quite curious as to why Charlotte would attack Anna this way, and the only good theory being regurgitated is that she must want Anna away from her father.

It remains to be seen whether she just wants all of his attention for herself, or if she’s angling to get him back with Nina.

If that’s the case, Charlotte might soon interfere in Nina’s relationship with Sonny, too. Could this be a one-two punch?

General Hospital Spoilers — Anna Devane Learns The Truth

Obviously, Anna would not have knocked on Olivia’s office door in search of clues about the video footage if she fully trusted Valentin.

No one could blame her for it, but she needed confirmation that he was telling the truth.

Receiving that, it may have falsely led her to believe they’re turning a corner in their relationship and that she can rely on him. Still, her instincts will continue to fire off at her that something isn’t right.

If continued harm or threats of such come Anna’s way, it could end up pushing her closer to Valentin — an unintended consequence of Charlotte’s plan.

If the young Cassadine finds Anna to be a threat to her plans to see Valentin reunite with Nina, will she take further action to eliminate the threat?

When Anna learns that Valentin lied to her and Nina deleted the footage, it could spell the end of both Nina and Sonny and Vanna.

Will Anna make a play for Sonny — the man she’s been spending so much private time with as of late — as revenge against Nina?
