General Hospital Spoilers: Austin Blackmailed By Cyrus, Wants Him To Produce Ava’s Body?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) will be blackmailed by Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). He’d tasked Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) with killing Ava Jerome (Maura West) but like he did Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) Austin may have saved her-Cyrus wants proof of a body!

General Hospital Spoilers – False Intel Got Cyrus Renault In A Pickle

Cyrus had blamed Ava for planting false intel that Betty Rutherford (Ella Lentini) had brought to Mason, who turned it over to Austin to deliver to Cyrus. In reality, it was not Ava who created it or planted it, but Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) had Brick (Stephen A. Smith) create it.

Ava had confided in Sonny about Mason’s blackmail over Nikolas’ body, who of course never was even dead-Austin had saved him and he and Mason had him on life support.

Sonny in the meantime hoped the fake intel would draw out Mason’s boss, who he thought would show up at the fake Pikeman shipment filled with coffee beans.

Instead, he was busted by the FBI but soon released, after lack of evidence-and embarrassing Pentonville Warden Ellen Garten (Diahnna Nicole Baxter) and getting Cyrus in trouble!

GH Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Suspects Ava Jerome Wasn’t Killed

Mason had tried to reason with Cyrus, telling him Nikolas wouldn’t want Ava killed when he sent him to kill her. Cyrus told him he was the boss, not his nephew and Ava needed to die for her betrayal; but knowing Austin saved Nikolas and likes Ava, he suspects she’s alive.

Turning things around on their flipside, now, like Sonny was demanding Nikolas’ body, Cyrus demands Ava’s, although not delivered to him in Pentonville, of course!

It’s possible that the person with Mason when he showed up at Wyndemere wasn’t Austin, but he came and interrupted, Ava unconscious but alive.

If Austin doesn’t provide proof of a dead Ava, he’ll tell Garten, who’ll turn Austin into the FBI as the person who provided false intel to protect Sonny!

General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Knows The FBI Is Out For Blood With Sonny Corinthos

Cyrus knows through Garten the FBI didn’t like being embarrassed either, and that they’re out for blood with Sonny too.

They still don’t have the intel on Pikeman that they’ve been looking for, and they’re looking to keep an eye on Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) as Sonny’s son in the PCPD.

They came in and told Mac Scorpio (John J. York) to report back if Dante did suspicious things to protect his father.

But blackmailing Austin with turning him in as the creator of the fake intel to protect Sonny, even though it makes no sense, is Cyrus’ way of turning the screws. Either Austin complies and if Ava’s alive, he now must kill her, and provide Cyrus with some proof!
