DOOL spoilers for Friday, October 13 reveal that Xander will move forward with his plan to sue Sarah for full custody. Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) claimed that he is the baby’s father in the eyes of the law. However, Xander is right that a paternity test would clear all of that up.

Then, Rex and Sarah both claimed that no judge would give Xander custody. However, Xander hasn’t currently committed any crimes. So, Rex and Sarah might have to face reality.

It is teased that Xander will meet with Sloan to come up with a strategy. Sloan is known to fight dirty to win cases.

However, Sloan’s strategy to win custody might make Xander think twice. Xander wants to win, but he doesn’t want to destroy Sarah in the process.
