According to the official synopsis, love comes through the sands of an hourglass at the historic and beautiful Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. The movie tells the story of Lucy Hardgrove (Lenz), a screenwriter who lands the job of a lifetime.

Moreover, she is hired to write the script for a remake of the beloved holiday movie classic, His Merry Wife! which was filmed at Biltmore House in 1947.

However, the head of the studio isn’t happy with the ending Lucy wrote, because it deviates from the original feel-good conclusion. He sends her to Biltmore Estate for research and inspiration. Meanwhile, she is welcomed by Biltmore employee, Winston (Jonathan Frakes), who shows her around. While there, Lucy unwittingly discovers the ability to time travel to the 1947 set of His Merry Wife! with the help of an hourglass.

Moreover, while on the set of the movie, she and Jack Huston (Polaha), one of the movie’s stars, spend time together and get close.

However, her sudden appearance at Biltmore Estate sets off a chain of events that put the movie’s production in jeopardy. Before returning home to the present, Lucy must make things right, or threaten to alter the future forever.

She leads opposite Kristoffer Polaha as Jack Huston, who has starred in We Wish You a Married Christmas and Jurassic World: Dominion. Moreover, Jonathan Frakes, who plays Winston, is known for his role in Star Trek: Picard.
