Young and the Restless Spoilers Thursday February 20: Phyllis Kisses Nick, Adam Proposes to Chelsea, and Ripley Creates A Scene

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday February 20th indicate that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) kisses Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) proposes to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), and Ripley Turner (Christian Keyes) creates a scene.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – The gala is underway

The Newman gala is still underway as everyone is looking at the art exhibit featuring Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).

Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) takes Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) aside and says he has something to tell her that involves Adam and Phyllis. Abby comments that she knows whatever it is it can’t be good.

In the dining room, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nick give Victor the gift of the model car. Victor is overwhelmed by the gift and thanks his children. Adam and Chelsea stand in the background and watch the trio.

Noah Newman (Robert Adamson) is chatting with Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Noah is surprised to learn Summer and Kyle are back together, but he offers the couple his support. As Summer and Kyle mingle about the room; Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) watch them and express their disappointment in the couple. Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) tells Rey she’s sorry Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) got hurt, but he needs to let his resentment go and let Summer and Kyle be happy. Phyllis agrees with Sharon and tells Jack he needs to do the same thing as Rey. She then makes a comment about how people never find true love and it can be gone in a heartbeat.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Amanda’s night takes a turn for the worse

Amanda Sinclair (Mishel Morgan) is at the Grand Phoenix, decked out in a white dress, ready for the gala. Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) comes in and chats with Amanda about the gala. Billy says that Victor’s always lead his life by his own terms and he’s celebrated for it. Yet, Billy’s doing the same and is being criticized. Amanda asks Billy how he’s feeling since the accident and he says that he feels fine. Amanda then leaves, and Billy thinks she’s trying to avoid him. He begins to wonder if everyone’s right about him being a ticking time bomb.

Billy then goes to change into a tuxedo and informs Amanda he’s going to the gala. Amanda doesn’t think it’s a good idea, but he insists on going to celebrate Victor’s life. As the two are leaving, someone is watching them from afar.

Amanda and Billy arrive at the gala. Billy goes off to find Victoria, while Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) wonder why Amanda’s there. Someone continues to watch Amanda from the shadows.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Revelations are revealed

As the gala continues Jack and Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) talk about how far they’ve come in their careers. The discussion then turns to Billy and Jill believes he needs to find a new purpose in life, one that will get him off the path towards self-destruction.

Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) and Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) are talking. Christine says she’s learned to forgive Victor for his wrongdoings and she’s ready to move on with her life.

Across the room, Chance opens up to Abby about what went down in Vegas. He says Adam saved his life, and that the man he was after has disappeared. He then tells Abby that Phyllis is used the information as blackmail in order to get Chelsea’s shares of The Grand Phoenix.

At the bar, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Sharon are talking, and Sharon reveals that she has breast cancer. Nikki says that her sister Casey Reed (Roberta Leighton) also had cancer. Sharon asks Nikki for a favor, she wants Nikki to look after Nick and the kids for her. Nikki promises, then she tells Sharon that if she can survive the numerous battles they’ve had over the years, then she can survive cancer too. Later Sharon tells Rey about her conversation with Nikki.

Noah is chatting with Victor, who praises him for his photography work. After their talk, Noah goes to find his mom and offers to take her home.

Abby and Chelsea confront Phyllis about using blackmail to worm her way back into ownership of the hotel. Meanwhile, Chance tells Adam that has long as Phyllis has the tape of their confession, they’re at her mercy. Adam says she may have won this round, but eventually her plan will crumble. When Adam mentions it may be a good idea for Abby to hand the hotel over to Phyllis, Chance is annoyed by the suggestion. Across the room, Nick gets Phyllis alone and talks about how she has an ability to make people mad. Phyllis brings up Nick and Victor’s bond, and Nick makes a comment about Phyllis seeing into his soul. Phyllis talks about how Nick can see her for who she is, and Nick says she does a lot of stuff in order to protect her heart. The two then lock lips.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Later Abby is with Chance and tells him she wants to take down Phyllis.

Adam rejoins Chelsea and she says she’s fine with giving up the hotel because she’s thinking about going back to fashion designing. Adam says it feels like everything is coming together for them. He then gets down on one knee to propose and Chelsea happily accepts.

As Phyllis is leaving, she runs into Victor and they thank each other for not ruining the night. After she leaves, Nikki tells Victor about Sharon’s cancer diagnosis, and the two talk about taking life for granted.

Victoria is chatting with Chris and Paul when she excuses herself to go back to the dining room. She runs into Jill, but warns she doesn’t want to talk about Billy. Jill tells Victoria that Billy a good guy, but Victoria says she can’t offer Billy want he wants in life.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Disaster strikes

Billy is in the gallery looking at the artwork of Victor. Amanda comes in to try to convince Billy to go home. Ripley Turner (Christian Keyes) watches from afar and becomes angry with the couple’s interaction. Billy shrugs off Amanda’s request and turns away. Amanda leaves, then Victoria, who is also wearing a white dress comes in. As the lights dim, Ripley comes out of the shadows and stabs Victoria, who he mistakes for Amanda. Billy notices blood droplets as Victoria collapses into his arms.
