Princess Kate Brings Royalty To Dance Floor
Dancing With The Stars, The Royal Edition hasn’t arrived quite yet. But Princess Kate Middleton did her best to conjure up the show with a secret visit to the U.K. version of Dancing With The Stars, reported People.
And Kate took her daughter Princess Charlotte and son Prince Louis on her visit to the U.K. set of Dancing with the Stars. The 8-year-old princess and 5-year-old prince felt thrilled to become special guests of the BBC’s DWTS version, known as Strictly Come Dancing.
But for Louis and Charlotte, the biggest thrill came when the royal children sat in the judges’ chairs. And they received paddles to show their scores after the professional dancers’ performance.
Prince Louis Prefers Playing To Dancing
However, those who remember little Louis acting up at royal occasions may wonder how Princess Kate kept her son calm on the set of the U.K.’s version of Dancing with the Stars. And as it turned out, as Kate and Charlotte behaved properly amid their introduction to BBC hosts Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly, Louis lived up to his reputation.
And the 5-year-old prince gleefully played by putting on a toy crown. However, Louis also used some of his ever-present excess energy to take a visit to the balcony. And there, the young prince checked out the same view as the celebrity contestants and professional dancers.
However, dedicated mom Princess Kate, 41, did her best to take charge of Louis. But she couldn’t resist taking photos of Charlotte and Louis sitting in the judges’ seats, shared an insider.
Princess Kate Praised For ‘Polite, Sweet’ Manners
And the source described how Kate “took pictures of the children in the judges’ seats. She seemed really relaxed and was all smiles.” And the insider praised Princess Kate for behaving in such a “polite, sweet and charming way with everyone.”
However, the watchful royal mother “made sure Louis didn’t get over-excited,” observed the source. But for Princess Kate’s daughter Princess Charlotte, visiting the dance set felt especially meaningful. The young royal family member loves to perform both tap dance and ballet, shared her mom.
But Princess Kate and her mother Carole Middleton, rank as ones who love the show the most. And Prince William, 41, shared that his wife has become “a huge fan” of Dancing With The Stars. “And my mother-in-law loves it,” he added.
But Queen Camilla also has become a big fan of Dancing With The Stars. And judge Craig Revel Horwood praised the Queen, 76, as “a surprisingly good dancer.”
