Prince Harry may have kicked off this year with an incendiary book that knocked the Royal Family in more years than one, but, as the thoughtful son he clearly is (*insert eye roll here), he reportedly wishes to amend things with his family so that peace and love will reign once more.

Before Omid Scobie’s book dropped, sources close to the Sussexes strongly suggested that the couple are making moves to reconcile with the Royal Family.

One of these moves saw Prince Harry break his six month phone silence to wish his father King Charles a happy 75th birthday.

In fact, barring Omid Scobie’s book, Harry was said to be making plans to obtain Christmas invitations at Sandringham for himself and his family.

If he succeeded, it would be the first time he and his family spent Christmas with the rest of the Royal Family since 2018. In light of Scobie’s racist naming, the rift seems to have intensified.

But an expert is claiming that it won’t be this way for long.

“I suspect that because Harry is beginning to realize he needs the royal family more than the royal family needs him, he may well try again to patch up the relationship as we get towards Christmas Day,” author of “Gilded Youth: An Intimate History of Growing Up in the Royal Family,” Tom Quinn, told Daily Express.

Royal Family To Make Sure Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Don’t Overshadow the Prince and Princess of Wales This Christmas

Late last month, a US poll declared the Princess of Wales America’s favorite Princess. But staying number one means being very visible, and that mighty royal machine will make sure the Waleses keep being at the forefront, especially throughout this holiday season.

“I don’t think Harry and Meghan will be able to overshadow Kate and William this Christmas, or at least not in the UK,” Tom Quinn told the outlet. “I expect the Royal family will make sure William and Kate and their children are very visible right across the Christmas holidays as it’s a special time.”

“I think Charles wants to make it very clear at a time when families get together, that he at least has a good relationship with one son, and of course with his daughter-in-law,” he added.
