General Hospital spoilers reveal that fans have been talking about Nicole Paggi, the actress who is temporarily filling in for Kirsten Storms as Maxie Jones.

Some fans have fallen in love with the actress already and would like her to stick around… but not at Storms’ expense. So, with Steve Burton’s return to GH confirmed, could Paggi be added as a new character? If so, could she be connected to Jason Morgan’s return story?

GH spoilers reveal that Jason’s death hit a lot of fans hard. Even though every character will die at some point, it was pretty brutal with a tunnel falling on him and everything.

Some people love Burton as Jason and others don’t. In any case, Burton began playing the role in 1991. Then, in November 2021, Jason was killed off.

After Jason’s death and a very public scandalous divorce, Burton went to Days of Our Lives.

Spoilers explain that Burton played the role of Harris Michaels on DOOL for one year. Then, right after New Year’s 2024, Burton announced that he had just finished filming his last scenes for the soap.

After that, it was announced that Burton was going back to General Hospital. Spoilers don’t make it clear if Burton is reprising the role of Jason or if he will come back as another character.

General Hospital spoilers reveal that on social media, some viewers are calling for Paggi to stick around. Even though Paggi is only temporarily filling in for Storms, she seems to have made an impression on some viewers.

However, fans adore Storms and certainly don’t want her job replaced! With that being said, Paggi could join the soap as someone new.

GH Spoilers – New Character?

Perhaps Paggi will come to Port Charles as a new character. Maybe this character will be connected to Burton’s character.

If Jason does come back alive, he will probably have amnesia or be “different” somehow. It’s possible that Jason might have met someone while recovering… such as Paggi’s character.
