The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that brothers Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will be battling it out for the Newman Enterprises CEO position.

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is the CEO of Newman Enterprises. Her father Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) gave her the job when he decided to retire.

With Victoria recovery from her stabbing, she’s going to have to take it easy and that means she won’t be able to work. Victoria loves her job, but her health comes first.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman Offers To Help

Since Victoria is out, Adam has stepped up and offered to help run Newman Enterprises. Victor was surprised by Adam’s generous offer, although Nick and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) are questioning his motives.

Victor has always wanted Adam part of the company and thought he’d do a good job running the family business. Now, he gets a chance to see firsthand what Adam can do.

When Victoria learns that Adam’s going to be taking her place as CEO, she’s going to be furious. Of course, most of her anger is going to be directed at Adam for using her misfortune for his personal gain. But Victoria’s also going to be upset with her father.

Victoria has worked with the company since she was a young woman. She’s worked hard to get to the head of the company and proved to her father that she can be trusted.

Even though Victoria’s going to be upset, Victor has to do what he feels is best for the company.

Nick knows Victoria is hurt by their father’s decision, and like his sister, he doesn’t trust Adam. With Nick worried about Adam, this may lead to him deciding to step up to run the company.

Y&R Spoilers – Nick Newman Walked Away From Newman Enterprises

Years ago Nick walked away from Newman Enterprises because he didn’t like what the business was doing to him. Even though Victor tried numerous times to get his son to come back, Nick refused.

However, this time Nick may change his mind in order to protect the company from Adam and save his sister’s job.

Nick and Adam have always had a heated rivalry, which reignited when Adam returned to Genoa City. Adam and Nick fought over Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), custody of Christian Newman (Alex Wilson), and the company Dark Horse.

Now, with the CEO position of Newman Enterprises at stake, both men are going to be battling it out. The family is going to be siding with Nick in the battle, while Adam will have the support of Chelsea.

As for Victor, he’ll have a tough decision to make as he contemplates which son will run the company.
