King Charles Wants Princess Kate To Rest After Her Significant Surgery
On Jan. 16, Kensington Palace confirmed that the Princess underwent a planned abdominal surgery and that she won’t be getting back to royal duties until April.
The atmosphere since this news was revealed has been one of urgency, with the Royal Family down to their last two most senior royals.
Prince William won’t be making as many appearances as expected because he’s got to be with his wife as she recuperates, so it’s more like a Queen Camilla playing field at the moment.
Since Charles was working with a slimmed-down monarchy, this has undoubtedly left a big hole in the systemic functioning of the monarchy. This, in turn, has led some to suggest that the Princess of Wales should hurry up and get back to her royal duties.
Speaking to GB News, Robert Hardman, the author of the recent book on King Charles, said the King’s opinion will very well be to have her take significant time off.
Hardman said: “He’s a huge fan of hers. He thinks she’s a great asset. He’ll be more worried than anyone other than Prince William about her. She’s fit, she’s young and she’s out of action for three months.”
He added: “That’s a cause for concern, not alarm, but he’ll definitely be taking the view ‘For God’s sake don’t make her feel she’s got to come back to duties any sooner than she feels she needs to.’ I don’t think there’s anyone who wants to put any kind of pressure on her.”
At the moment, Kate’s return will depend on medical advice, but she won’t be back until after the Easter celebrations.
King Charles will be undergoing prostrate surgery for a benign condition soon, and Camilla assured us in her latest outing that he is fine.

It’s getting a little creepy how all the news says about how worried Charles is about Kate and how much he cares for her and how he visits her. Sounds like he can’t function without Kate! Maybe he should put some effort into loving his son Harry and his grandchildren that he never sees. He’s obsessed with Kate. There are other royals that he could rely on
