Kate Middleton has been in the hospital for almost a week now, but a lot of royal fans can’t help but notice that she hasn’t had any visitors at The London Clinic.

Seeing how she’s supposed to be hospitalized for another two weeks, many would assume that at least her parents, Michael and Carole Middleton, would be there daily to see her. But that hasn’t been the case.

In fact, the only person who has visited the Princess of Wales has been her husband, Prince William. But even he has only been there once.

Why is Kate Middleton not allowed to have visitors? And where is her family? A lot of royal fans certainly have questions because it seems like things are getting more suspicious by the day.

Even though the Princess of Wales supposedly had abdominal surgery, many people couldn’t help but notice that something just isn’t adding up. That’s because a normal hospital stay after surgery is usually just five days and not two long weeks.

It goes without saying that many royal fans have had a lot to say about the matter online. Some have even commented with, Something not clean in the buttermilk.

There’s no way her family wouldn’t be by her side 24/7. They probably pulled a bait & switch, the big show of him coming was to convince the media that she’s there.

It’s the only way to guarantee privacy & cover up what’s really going on w/her,” along with, “I still am of the belief that it is breakdown and family is very limited to seeing the person until they are in a stable place mentally. Had a family member who experienced a breakdown. Visiting was extremely controlled.”

Another critic wrote, “I had major abdominal surgery for something non-cancerous that took all day in a place my insurance fully covered, and was only in 5 days. A liver transplant isn’t even admitted for 2 weeks. Something is definitely off about this.”

    I had triple hernia surgery, one of 12 surgeries. It was almost unbearable. It took a long time to stand upright. If the Princess had something like this she would not be visible until she could stand upright and walk in a very regal position. I would say they are getting her ready to do that. That would take 2 weeks!!! My surgery was done by a very well known pelvic pain specialist and he said that was the sorest surgery he does.
