Fans Defend Gwen Stefani As Bush Frontman Gavin Rossdale Opens Up About Their Divorce

Gwen Stefani was once happily married to Bush singer Gavin Rossdale, but those days are long over. He recently opened up about the end of their marriage, which was allegedly caused because of his infidelity. Still, these comments only ended up getting backlash from fans.

While Stefani is now with country sensation Blake Shelton, this wasn’t always the case. She was once married to rockstar Gavin Rossdale, and the two were together for close to 13 years before they officially broke things off in 2015.

During that time, they welcomed three children into the world; however, his cheating scandal tore their marriage and family apart.

It has been previously alleged that the twosome split because Rossdale had an affair with their nanny, Mindy Mann.

Insider sources claimed that Gwen found photos and texts on the family-shared iPad, which was linked to Gavin’s phone. Stefani has noted in the past that the entire breakup situation was “hell” and “torture”.

Rossdale recently spoke about his cheating and marriage breakup on a podcast. The rockstar notes that he “never thought” he’d ever get divorced. He adds there’s a “simple shame” in his life.

The Bush singer goes on to say, “The biggest thing would be when you see the kids that sometimes there’s a loss. It’d be nice if there was more of a connection with the person who made them with me.”

While his vulnerable statements may have had some fans sympathizing, others went on a bit of a tirade, with most pointing out that the reason the couple’s bond was broken was because he cheated on his wife, with their nanny of all people.

Still, many questioned what Gavin was expecting after the fallout of being unfaithful in his marriage.

While it’s been years since the couple has been together, it looks like time hasn’t healed all wounds for Rossdale or Gwen Stefan’s fans.
