There’s a new report that says the King of England is still planning a trip to Australia later this year with his wife, Queen Camilla, even though he is dealing with his cancer battle right now.

What’s more, it looks like King Charles and Queen Camilla will be touring Australia and the surrounding areas for at least two weeks.

According to royal author and expert Tina Brown, she says that King Charles is still committed to planning a tour to Australia with Queen Camilla.

While there was some hesitation about planning the state trip earlier, King Charles has not changed his mind, simply because his cancer treatment has started to go in the right direction. In other words, it looks like he’ll be able to beat this cancer.

Brown says that King Charles is feeling “supercharged” that everything will work out as planned, and especially now that his cancer treatment has started going very well.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “The King is raring to go after a significant amount of time off due to his cancer diagnosis. He knows he can’t hang around and is feeling extremely positive after tests meant he could attend the Easter Sunday service and spend time meeting the public, which he has missed. He’s over the moon with the way treatment has gone and supercharging plans for Australia, New Zealand and Samoa.”

So far King Charles has not made any comments about the matter himself.
