Royal Family News – King Charles Has Amassed Massive Wealth

On Friday, May 17 the outlet revealed that King Charles is the 258th wealthiest person in the U.K.

He has a personal fortune of approximately $770 million. Charles’ personal gains have increased by roughly $12 million dollars in the last year alone.

As such, the current regent is $300 million richer than Queen Elizabeth was prior to her September 2022 death. The outlet’s 2022 Rich List indicates that Queen Elizabeth had personal holdings worth $486 million.

For comparison, King Charles’ eldest grandson Prince George’s godfather, Hugh Grosvenor, the Duke of Westminster, has a family net worth of around $12.8 billion. Yes, billion.

Royal Family News – King Charles Recovered From Divorce Settlement

Charles was crowned the King of England in May 2023. He currently is receiving cancer treatment but made his official reentry to public royal duties in April when he and his wife Queen Camilla toured a cancer treatment center.

In other news, on Tuesday, May 14 Charles’ first official portrait was revealed. The painting will hang in Draper’s Hall in London and garnered much attention for its depiction of Charles in brazen scarlet tones.

Artist Jonathan Yeo told Hello: “The color was an early experiment and then I sketched it out and worked on the face, and the face and background worked so well.”
